New Technology to be added to the Stone Mountain Lasershow this summer

Stone Mountain, Ga.- (submitted by Edelman) Georgia’s most visited attraction Stone Mountain Park today unveiled Mountainvision, which will debut as the “Lasershow Spectacular in Mountainvision” on Memorial Day Weekend (May 27-29).

Mountainvision uses an unprecedented digital, multi-dimensional projection onto one of the world’s biggest outdoor “screens,” the rock face of Stone Mountain. The projection on the mountain is taller than the Statue of Liberty and measures four to five times the size of an IMAX screen. Audiences will see Stone Mountain Park “turn into” a volcano, waterfall and other surprises from within the granite mountain.
